A Perfect Match for Vinyl Lovers. Unlock the full listening experience of vinyl with a carefully matched system: the Rega Planar 1 turntable paired with the Ruark Audio MR1 Mk3 active speakers. The turntable delivers pristine, precise analogue playback, while the speakers bring that signal to life with clarity and power — all in one elegant, compact setup.

Rega Planar 1 – Simple, High-Fidelity Vinyl Playback. From its award-winning design comes the Planar 1, engineered by the British hi-fi specialist Rega. It features the RB110 tonearm with ultra-low-friction bearings for smooth tracking, a factory-fitted Rega Carbon moving-magnet cartridge for excellent sound out of the box, a phenolic-resin flywheel platter, and a 24 V low-noise synchronous motor for improved speed stability and minimal background disturbance.

Ruark Audio MR1 MK3 – Versatile Powered Speakers for Today’s Listening. The MR1 Mk3 takes the heritage of Ruark’s in-house design since 1985 and presents it in compact, refined form. With a silk dome tweeter and long-throw woofer, bass-reflex cabinet, and Class-D amplification (based on the award-winning R410 system), it delivers rich, detailed sound even in small spaces. Connectivity is comprehensive: Bluetooth 5.1 with aptX HD for high-quality wireless streaming, USB-C input for hi-res audio, optical/analogue hybrid input, and a dedicated turntable (MM phono) input with built-in moving-magnet phono stage — making it especially suited for vinyl use when paired with a turntable.

Why the Bundle Works. When you combine the Planar 1 and MR1 Mk3, you get a streamlined hi-fi system designed for straightforward enjoyment of records: The Planar 1 provides high-performance analogue playback with minimal fuss. The MR1 Mk3 accepts that signal directly (via its built-in phono stage), while also handling all your other sources (streaming via Bluetooth, computer audio via USB, optical/analogue). Both units are designed with attention to craftsmanship and design — the turntable with its premium finishes and rigid build, the speakers with premium cabinetry and refined aesthetic — meaning your setup will look as good as it sounds.
